Site Manager – Operations Area Lit

We are now looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager for our operations area in Lit.

Your role as Site Manager:

As a site manager, you are an important part of our operations. You assist the site manager and are responsible for planning, leading, and distributing the work. The role includes, among other things:

• Quality assurance and work environment
• Customer contact and financial follow-up
• Planning of personnel and machinery
• Invoicing and participation in budget work

You lead the work both in the field and through our digital systems. This means you have a varied daily routine where you combine practical leadership with structure and planning.

In practice, you will be responsible for operational and maintenance work as well as construction work on the state road network, for example:

• Sign and railing installation
• Paving work and drainage
• Mowing and clearing
• Sand collection
• TMA driving and winter road maintenance

Qualifications

• Education or work experience in a relevant field
• Several years of documented experience as a site manager in the industry
• Driver's license for passenger car (requirement)
• Experience working with digital systems

Desirable:

• C driver's license

We are looking for someone with high social competence, who collaborates easily and inspires trust. You are communicative, clear, and enthusiastic in your leadership. You see opportunities, enjoy entrepreneurship, and have a professional and solution-oriented approach to work.

The position includes on-call duty/supervision of roads, both winter and summer.

Permanent employment (probationary period applies)

Location: Östersund

Start date according to agreement
