Job Responsibilities

As a Leading Scaffolder, you will:

• Lead and organize scaffolding assembly on various construction projects.
• Work with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients and suppliers to ensure project progress.
• Plan workflow and resources to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure that work is carried out according to current safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other professionals and contribute to a good working environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

· At least 3 years of experience working with scaffolding.

· Specific scaffolding training.

· A valid B driver's license (required)

· Good leadership skills and the ability to work in a team.

· The ability to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.

· The ability to plan workflow and prioritize tasks.

· A commitment to safety and quality in work.

Desirable skills:

· STIB Professional Certificate

· Weather protection training

· BE driver's license

· Experience with wheel loaders and forklifts.

· Crane license
