At Byggteam, we specialize in insurance work. This means that we have very varied projects, from repairing a sink cabinet after a leaking faucet to the construction of a villa that has burned down. The common denominator is that we almost always work in the homes of private individuals.

Here, you have the opportunity to create and develop your own team as we start up in Östersund. As we grow, your tasks will increasingly involve leadership rather than a mix of carpentry.

The nature of the work is largely independent, and it requires you to have the ability to build good relationships and deliver quality results, as customer contact is constantly present. We see a high safety awareness in your work as a given, as we prioritize a safe working environment. Of course, you will have a bunch of wonderful colleagues close at hand, and in your work, you will have a digital platform to assist you, where work orders and important information can be accessed.

Your profile

We prefer that you have worked as a team leader/project manager. Documented knowledge of dehumidification & damage assessments is an advantage. The job requires your ability to coordinate and plan, as well as your social skills. Since you are responsible for the projects, you naturally enjoy taking responsibility and are a driven person. For our customers to feel safe and comfortable with us, it is crucial that you are professional in your approach, trustworthy, and have a service-oriented work style. You should enjoy working independently. Experience with MEPS is a plus.

The position is permanent, with a 6-month probationary period. Selection is ongoing.

It is a requirement for the position that you:

• have a B driver's license
• have a Swedish professional certificate in one of the following: wood, concrete, masonry/tile laying.
• have several years of experience as a construction worker, preferably in construction service
• master the Swedish language in speech and writing
