We are now looking for nursing assistants who want to work day shifts with every other weekend off with us in Lidingö. Here, we are 50 employees, one unit manager, and two assistant unit managers who do their best for our customers every day. Working hours are: 07:00-15:30. Our office is located with good transport links near Lidingö Centrum. The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. The position is 100% with every other weekend.

In our unit, we work in an open climate and good collaboration. This year, we received a total customer satisfaction score of 90% and 100% in good treatment in the Socialstyrelsen's user survey. If you feel that this description aligns with your vision, take the opportunity to apply to us.

Job Responsibilities

You will visit our customers and provide support in their daily lives. Your tasks include helping with:

  • personal care and hygiene

  • cleaning

  • shopping

  • laundry

  • meals

  • walks

Your responsibilities also include documenting according to legal requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has at least a couple of years of experience in elderly care, preferably from home care. You need to be able to document on a computer and have good knowledge of Swedish.

You who apply are passionate about providing good service to your customers, and one of your strengths is the ability to see their individual needs. You enjoy working both independently and in a team and are happy to take your own initiatives.
