We offer community-supporting services for emergency animal care, infection control, and preventive measures for good animal health. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome to us! In our practice area, we have clinics in Söderköping and Valdemarsvik. We have 13 veterinarians and 10 nurses working with us. The staff usually works at both locations to varying degrees. The clinics are well-equipped with small animal X-ray, anesthesia equipment, dental units, dental X-ray, and a laboratory primarily for emergency analyses. We also have seven fully equipped vehicles as well as shared portable X-ray, ultrasound, and endoscope.

Your tasks with us in Söderköping will vary greatly. Everything from assisting the veterinarian with scheduled small animals to having your own patients. You will handle cleaning, laundry, dishes, sales, and various orders. Answering the customer phone is an important part of the job, where you should be able to give simple advice, make an initial assessment, book visits, and in emergency cases contact the nearest veterinarian. Sometimes you may also accompany the veterinarian as a field nurse. You will be scheduled at the location and planned assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is an Animal Caretaker Level 2. You are a person who, together with your colleagues, wants to drive the business forward towards jointly set goals. You should be able to make your own decisions, be self-sufficient, and not mind working alone. As a person, you need to be flexible, solution-focused, and service-oriented. It is also advantageous if you have experience from previous clinic work, telephone exchange Connect, and the journal system Link.

Clear and direct communication with our customers and your colleagues is a given. You should have good judgment and be able to make decisions that align with the District Veterinarians' guidelines. Great importance is placed on good collaboration skills and personal suitability. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.
