Job Description

As a summer worker, you will have many different tasks.

This may involve restocking materials, transportation, kitchen work, light cleaning, administration, and IT.

We also offer the opportunity to "shadow" different professional groups during parts of the summer job to gain increased knowledge about the various professions and operations within Region Östergötland.

About You

You are a high school student studying or residing in Östergötland. Previous work experience is not required.

To thrive as a summer worker with us, you need to have an interest and a willingness to help other people. You take responsibility for your tasks and work well with others.

Selection

To achieve a broad representation and a fair distribution, the first selection will be made by lottery based on the following factors:

• If you have previously worked a summer job with the employer Region Östergötland, you are unfortunately not eligible again, as someone else should have the opportunity.
• Only those who live in or attend high school in Östergötland can apply for summer jobs with us.

We offer positions within healthcare as well as in our other operations such as dental care, IT, and other administrative units.

Employment and Information

You will receive a fixed-term employment for 4 consecutive weeks, 6 hours a day (30 hours a week). This will likely apply between weeks 24-33. You can apply for the position here.
