We are looking for a Facility Manager for an assignment at one of Sweden's most high-tech industrial companies. You will have overall responsibility for the operation, management, and development of facilities in a mission-critical environment. The role is central to ensuring an efficient, safe, and attractive work environment as well as driving improvements that support the organization's long-term goals.

You will be part of the property organization and work closely with both internal clients and external suppliers, where the assignment combines technical property management with project management.

• Be responsible for daily operations and maintenance of facilities with a focus on technical management and FM contracts
• Develop a functional and attractive work environment based on the organization's needs
• Coordinate and follow up on external suppliers, contractors, and partners
• Plan and execute construction and renovation projects with responsibility for time, cost, and quality
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with internal clients to ensure effective and sustainable solutions

• Several years of relevant work experience in property operations, property management, contracting, or construction/installation
• Documented experience in driving projects from start to finish
• Good knowledge of work environment and construction legislation as well as industry regulations such as AFF, AB, and ABT
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driving license B
• Ability to work independently, structured, and commercially in complex environments
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• At least 5 years of experience in property management, property operations, or contracting
• Previous experience in leadership or project management
• Higher education in property management, construction, electrical, or HVAC, or equivalent competence through work experience
