Annas Vård och HemtjänstTeam AB is an established home care company founded in 2009. Today, we have around 200 employees and operate from six offices in Nacka and Tyresö municipalities.

We work in smaller teams to create high continuity for our clients and a safe, sustainable work environment for our staff. Each team is led by a team leader/coordinator and an operations manager responsible for daily operations and ensuring that our routines, quality, and values are followed.

About the position

As an employee with us, you work closely with people in their daily lives. Our clients need both care and service interventions at home and sometimes outside the home. The work is varied, independent, and meaningful.

A large part of our clients have clear requests regarding personal continuity, safety, and integrity in care situations, which means we currently need to strengthen our teams with staff who can meet these needs in a professional and empathetic manner.

Requirements for the position:

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Trained nursing assistant or equivalent

B driver's license (mandatory)
