Do you want to make a difference this summer? We are looking for summer temporary workers!

The elderly care sector is looking for summer temporary workers who want to work nights during all or part of the period from June to August.

We offer scheduled night work during weeks 26 - 33, either part-time or full-time. Those interested can also express interest in a paid temporary position for the rest of the year (before and/or after the summer period).

The night elderly care is divided into home care and special housing (housing for the elderly). Common to all activities is that many significant interventions are made for people around the clock, every day of the year.

In this job, you will meet various personalities of different ages and interests. You will provide assistance in the form of various support.

We are looking for nursing assistants/care assistants for:

• Special housing Grinnemo, Karlslund, and Short-term care
• Night patrol for customers in regular housing

Working in the night patrol or in special housing means an independent and developing job. You can work within Kil town or in the countryside or on a department in special housing. You can see the entire municipality as your workplace.

Job Responsibilities

You will receive a good introduction before the summer to feel secure in your professional role. When you work, there will be an experienced colleague available to turn to with any questions. As a summer temporary worker with us, we can offer you a varied, meaningful, and diverse job.

Your task is to work together with your colleagues to provide good care and support, activate and guide individuals based on their needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with education, experience, or interest in working in care. A background in care and nursing education or other training that the employer considers equivalent is advantageous.

We place great importance on having good collaboration skills and a positive drive when meeting those who need support and help. You should be flexible, responsible, and patient, and you must be at least 18 years old. Sufficient knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required to perform the job.

A driver's license is required for the night patrol. Presentation of a driver's license is mandatory if you are employed in areas where a driver's license is required.
