Skoghall is one of Folktandvården Värmland's larger clinics, with its 12 treatment rooms.

Here, there is always someone to ask for help, and a good atmosphere and collaboration prevail within and between all professional categories.

We have a cheerful group of helpful colleagues who enjoy developing together and have a high work ethic. The workgroup consists of 31 employees, and we treat approximately 5,300 adult patients and 4,100 children and young people.

The clinic offers nitrous oxide treatment, referral services for surgery, and we also provide dental care at the nursing home in the municipality. We operate according to the work model from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Hammarö is a growing municipality, and as such, we need to meet the demand for care and create good workflows in our operations. This leads to innovative thoughts and ideas about how we can work in our daily routines being a natural dialogue at our workplace meetings. Within Folktandvården Värmland, there is always good collaboration between general dental clinics and specialists.

Your Responsibilities

With us, you will have a varied and stimulating job that mainly consists of assistance, sterilization, and reception work. You will also have your own areas of responsibility, such as prophylaxis work and other delegated tasks that create good workflow in our operations. The tasks are varied within both adult and pediatric dentistry. It is important for us that our customers feel satisfied after a visit, and therefore we place great emphasis on service and interaction.

If you are at the beginning of your career, you will receive good support from your new colleagues. Additionally, we provide you with a great start to your new career as you will go through Folktandvården's comprehensive introductory program, which combines theory with practical work.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for a trained dental nurse who is engaged and has the willingness and ability to help others. You have good knowledge of Swedish.

You are accommodating in your interactions and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. You plan and organize your work in a structured way and consider the best interests of the organization in your actions and decisions.

It is important for us that you have the ability to work both independently, where you also take initiative when needed, and collaborate with others.

Folktandvården Värmland is part of Region Värmland and has 17 general dental clinics, distributed across 24 different units – from Sysslebäck in the north to Säffle in the southwest. Additionally, there are clinics in all specialist areas that treat patients on referral. We are a forward-thinking organization with a focus on quality and competence. Approximately 560 people work with us, collectively possessing extensive experience in promoting better dental and oral health.
