We are looking for engaged, driven, and caring nursing assistants and caregivers for our newly renovated section within special housing for people with dementia and respite care, which opens in October.
Here you will have the opportunity to be involved from the start and create a safe and warm environment for our care recipients.

Qualifications
To succeed as a nursing assistant/caregiver, we see that you have:
- High school education as a nursing assistant or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills.
It is an advantage if you as a nursing assistant/caregiver also have:
- Further education regarding behavioral and psychological symptoms in dementia (BPSD).
- Driving license B.
As a person, you are flexible, communicative, self-driven, and interested in learning new things. You have good teamwork skills and are proactive. Your personal qualities and competencies will be part of what creates the whole in our team, and we place great importance on both in the matching process.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a nursing assistant/caregiver include:
- Performing medical care and rehabilitative measures on delegation from licensed personnel. The work is governed by the Social Services Act (SOL) and the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL), which means that you document, create implementation plans, write deviation reports, etc. You work according to the National Value Base and the dignity guarantees of care and support.
- Contributing to providing care recipients with a meaningful everyday life, ensuring they receive good care of high quality so that they feel secure.
- Working independently and in a team and always being professional in care.
- Integrating innovative technical solutions to create a safe and stimulating environment for our care recipients.
- Planning and organizing work in consultation with the unit manager and colleagues.
- Contributing to good communication and close collaboration with our care recipients, their relatives, colleagues, other professional groups, and management.
- Performing tasks according to established delegation and decisions made by the unit manager.
Conditions
Working hours are scheduled according to a roster with day, evening, and weekend shifts.
