Assembly and Installation Staff for STAPP AB

STAPP AB is now looking for assembly and installation staff to strengthen our team and work with the installation and assembly of our systems at shooting ranges across Sweden. The role is practical, involves travel, and is suitable for those who enjoy working on-site, taking responsibility for their work, and delivering robust solutions that will last for many years.
About the Role
As an assembly and installation staff member at STAPP, you will work with the installation, assembly, and commissioning of our products at customer sites. The work primarily takes place at shooting ranges and other facilities across Sweden and involves regular travel during the week. You will be based in Eskilstuna but will have the entire country as your work field.
The role is independent and physically demanding. You will work according to drawings and instructions, often in smaller teams but with significant personal responsibility to ensure that the work is carried out correctly, safely, and according to plan. You are STAPP's face to the customer on-site and are expected to work professionally and solution-oriented.
Your main responsibilities:
- Assembly and installation of STAPP's products and systems at customer sites
- Read, understand, and work according to drawings and technical documentation
- Practical work within wood, assembly, and basic mechanics
- Ensure quality, functionality, and safe installation
- Travel and work at various locations across Sweden, primarily Monday to Friday
- Collaboration with internal colleagues and contact with customers on-site
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with practical experience who is used to taking responsibility for their work. You are self-sufficient, meticulous, and have no problem with a job that is both physical and involves travel.
You have:
- A background as a carpenter, assembler, or equivalent practical work experience
- Good ability to read and understand drawings
- Experience of independent work at job sites
- Good physical ability and enjoy practical work
- Driver's license (B)
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

- Independent and responsible
- Practical and solution-oriented
- Meticulous with quality and safety
- Unpretentious and cooperative
- Flexible and comfortable with travel in the job

Employment Conditions
- Extent: Full-time, permanent (initial probationary period of 6 months)
- Travel: Regular travel within Sweden, primarily weekly
- Location: Based in Eskilstuna
- Start Date: By agreement
