Main Mission

The mission of the community is to increase the quality of life for residents and their ability to influence their living conditions. Meal Service is responsible for 40 production kitchens and 10 reception kitchens divided into three units: primary school, preschool, and care and high school.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Meal Service is now looking for several pool cooks for our kitchens. In our 50 kitchens, breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee breaks, and dinner are prepared and served to guests from preschool to high school and at our nursing homes.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in food who wants to create joy for our guests. Being a pool cook means that your placement in the kitchens varies from day to day. As a member of the pool, you need to be able to work independently and in a team. You need to be able to make your own decisions and be enterprising as some days you will work in solo kitchens. In some of our preschool kitchens, we have combined positions, which means that in addition to kitchen tasks, cleaning duties are also included.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a pool cook, we are looking for someone who is a trained chef with experience in public or private restaurant operations. You are proactive, solution-focused, and have good collaboration skills.

You have a positive attitude and always put the customer first. You have the ability to see the big picture and can easily create a positive atmosphere in both the work team and in your service to the guests. You communicate easily and master Swedish in both spoken and written form.

An important part of the job is contact with students, educators, principals, and care staff. We place high demands on service, flexibility, and responsiveness. Your approach ensures that the workday is filled with happy, satisfied, and content guests.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. The position requires a driver's license and access to your own car. Recruitment will take place continuously, so do not wait to apply.
