Inkonst is looking for a bar assistant who wants to help develop our bar operations and work closely with our operations manager. This role is suitable for you who have experience in bar work, are proactive, and enjoy taking responsibility in a creative and eventful environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the bar staff during events
• Introduce and train new bar staff
• Be responsible for orders, inventory, and product range
• Ensure that the bars are equipped with the right tools and a good working environment
• Work in service for most of the working hours
• Be able to work at least three club shifts per month
• Contribute to structure, logistics, and quality in the daily operations of the bars

About the position

• Extent: 50 %
• Start: As soon as possible
• Salary: According to agreement
• Working hours: Evenings and weekends in connection with events
• Seasonal variation: The work follows the season and involves flexibility
• You will be part of an engaged team and work closely with the operations manager and restaurant operations
