About the position We have several different bars, some open year-round and others that we open during events and/or the summer season. The position is operations-based, and you will primarily spend your time in operations close to our guests and your team. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• You will lead a team of about 8 bartenders.

• Creatively develop our bars and menus to create regular guests.

• Together with other F&B leaders, you will plan and lead the work based on the needs of the business.

About you To thrive in this role, you have a few years of experience as a bartender, and if you have held a leadership position, that is a plus. You need to be structured and have an easy time collaborating with colleagues from other departments.

About the process & position The position is 100% permanent (6 months probationary period). We will continuously review applications and may call for interviews before the application deadline. Salary and start date according to agreement.
