At Fiskhuset, we want to provide our guests with a much greater experience than just the meal itself, so we are looking for someone who has a passion for service, shows genuine care for guests and colleagues, has a strong interest in food & beverages, and enjoys working meticulously and organized - even under stress.

The job mainly involves helping and supporting the serving staff with the drinks ordered by guests and taking warm and inviting responsibility for the bar and its guests. It is important to have the insight and feeling to go the extra mile, to assist, and to recommend drinks that suit the guest and the meal through your broad knowledge and experience regarding wine, spirits, and coffee.

The work also includes routines for opening, transitioning from day service to evening service, and closing.

We believe you are an open and very social person, who finds it easy to talk and is easy to talk to.

Since we have many foreign guests, it is a great plus if you can speak one or more languages in addition to Swedish and English.

At Fiskhuset, collaboration is key, so we often work across boundaries, are flexible, support each other, and work closely with other departments. It is beneficial if you have previous experience working seasonally or with projects, as the workload can vary significantly.

We are constantly developing and working together to make it easy for guests and employees to succeed.

Fiskhuset is open from Easter until the end of September, and we hire continuously based on the season's needs. Your working hours will vary depending on the season.
