We are looking for nursing assistants for the Älvbacka care home located in the central Pajala. Älvbacka has four departments with about forty apartments. We want to create a cozy and warm environment where residents and staff feel comfortable and well. We who work here strive for the residents to feel safe and receive the care they need with respect for the individual's independence. Together, we make a difference every day, all year round, and at all hours of the day.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work in a team around the residents together with other nursing assistants, care assistants, and the responsible nurse. The workplace applies an individual schedule in Multiaccess, which gives you the opportunity to influence your schedule.

Care and service tasks such as activation, cleaning, documentation. Simpler health care tasks by delegation. Support person for residents.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Nursing assistant education or equivalent.
• Experience from similar work is an advantage.
• Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability; as a person, you are self-driven and responsible with a strong work ethic.
• Your personality is characterized by an outgoing manner and a positive attitude towards your surroundings.
• Flexibility is a quality we value in you.
• It is also a requirement to pass a knowledge test for medication and insulin delegation.
