Primary Care in Jokkmokk Municipality
The primary care in Jokkmokk municipality is a workplace where proximity is the focus. Our teams work together on different levels to provide the best possible care to the residents.
During the summer, we need reinforcement for our Rehab team and are therefore looking for an engaged and driven licensed physiotherapist for a summer position. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform assessments and individual interventions for people with various disabilities.
- Design and implement individual treatment plans to improve and/or maintain individuals' motor function, strength, mobility, and pain management.
- Provide advice, guidance, and education to patients, relatives, and care staff.
- Collaborate with other professional categories to ensure a holistic view of the patient's health.
- Perform health-promoting and preventive measures.
- Cooperate with internal and external actors.
- Document and follow up on interventions according to current routines.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist/occupational therapist. We see that you as a candidate have:
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Empathetic ability and responsiveness to citizens' needs
- Interest in quality and development work
- Knowledge of Lifecare SP
- Driver's license (B) is a requirement
- Experience in municipal primary care is an advantage
