Do you want to help shape the future of home care?
We are now looking for an engaged planner for the Resource and Competence Center located in Antnäs! Our home care service is facing an exciting development! We are making significant investments to develop and streamline home care and need you to contribute to smarter planning, better resource utilization, and higher quality for our users. You will be part of a competent team consisting of planners and a unit manager who work together to support and develop the work in home care. We operate under a so-called twin system, which means that you will have closer cooperation with planners in nearby home care groups.
The Resource and Competence Center will focus on effective planning, resource utilization, quality, and collaboration to ensure that all users' needs are met. You will work according to a schedule: daytime Monday to Friday, which also includes public holidays that fall on weekdays, so-called light weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a planner, you will be responsible for daily service planning in the operational system PLAN and ensure effective, fair, and equal planning tailored to the user's needs. Your main tasks include managing short-term staffing in collaboration with the workforce supply unit, resource and planning center, and the home care group, as well as handling home planning and invitations to SIP in Lifecare. You will distribute incoming security alarms and be responsible for the group local phone, as well as participate in Lifecare meetings and lead meetings during team gatherings to collaborate with HSL, case managers, home care, security alarms, and the night patrol. You are an important link in communication with users and relatives, and you work closely with the permanent care contact and the home care group.
You will also introduce new or borrowed staff to routines and working methods, administer the Swedlock portal, and serve as documentation representative, textile representative, and orderer together with colleagues in the home care group.
The future of the role includes increased use of digital technology.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with experience in home care and good knowledge of the operations. It is important that you have good digital skills and are accustomed to using computers and phones, as well as skills in social and other documentation. You must be able to show grades in Swedish equivalent to at least grade 9. Since the position is located in Antnäs and public transport is somewhat limited, you need to have a valid B driver's license and access to a car so you can get to and from work independently when public transport is not available.
Experience working as a planner or support planner, as well as knowledge of planning systems such as Combine, Lifecare, TCP, Textilia portal, Raindance, and Swedlock portal, is an advantage.
We see you as a person who quickly and creatively finds solutions to emerging problems and adapts to changing circumstances. You handle stress constructively and maintain a good mood and attitude, even in pressured situations. You have an unpretentious approach and focus on common goals while planning and organizing your work in a structured manner.
Does the job sound exciting? Welcome with your application for a role that combines structure, collaboration, and flexibility in a developing work environment.
If you have questions, you can contact resource manager Rebecca Sterbäck.
