We are seeking licensed nurses with mentoring experience for our clinical education department in orthopedics.

Our employment offer
As an employee at Danderyd Hospital, you will receive compensation for healthcare, a wellness grant of 5000 SEK per year, and access to the well-equipped staff gym Lyftet for only 540 SEK per year. About the role
As a nurse with us, you are a key person in the clinical learning environment. You:
- Mentor students and new employees in daily work
- Create security, structure, and learning in an sometimes hectic clinical everyday life
- Use your pedagogical skills to adapt mentoring to the individual and situation
- Are a role model – both in your clinical work and in how you share knowledge
We are looking for you who
- Are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in orthopedic care
- Have previous mentoring experience and find pedagogy both important and fun. Mentoring training is a merit
- Are attentive, clear, and encouraging (and not afraid to ask that good question)
- Enjoy collaborating and contributing to a positive and learning work environment

About the operations
The Orthopedics area at Danderyd Hospital is a 24/7 operation with over 300 employees. We provide both acute and elective care and meet patients at our orthopedic outpatient clinic, at the orthopedic section of the hospital's emergency department, and at our two orthopedic inpatient wards. We operate in central surgery with our own surgical staff and also conduct day orthopedic surgical activities. Our operations also include a comprehensive paramedical section.
