About the Position

We are currently looking for a driven and responsible machine operator for a client in the process industry in Köping. The business involves the manufacturing and handling of products that are packaged in bags of various sizes.

The position offers a varied and independent job where you will be part of a shift team with colleagues and shift leaders, but you are also expected to take significant personal responsibility in your daily work. With the help of a wheel loader, you will handle, store, and load bags for further transport.

What the Role Involves

In this role, you will primarily work with a wheel loader, transporting and placing bags in storage or loading them onto various means of transport within the area. The introduction begins with mandatory safety training. There may also be tasks related to bagging at the production line. In your work, you will use digital systems for registration and communicate via radio. Basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments on the wheel loader may occur as needed.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you are flexible and have an easy time adapting to new tasks. Safety awareness is crucial, as is good experience operating a wheel loader. You have a positive attitude towards work, collaborate well with others, and take responsibility for your tasks. Attention to detail, initiative, and good communication are important qualities. You thrive in a pace that can vary while maintaining a clear focus on quality.

Requirements:

C2 wheel loader certification – goods handling
Documented experience operating a wheel loader
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

Experience in similar work within industry or production
Certification for other forklifts or machines
Basic technical or mechanical knowledge

Employment

The assignment starts in the spring and primarily lasts through the summer, with the possibility of extension. The position is full-time, and working hours may vary between day, morning, afternoon, evening, night, and weekend shifts depending on the needs of the business.

You will be employed as a consultant with us at NBG and rented out to the client. The employment begins with a probationary period, and for the right person, there are excellent opportunities for extension and further development with good performance.
