We are looking for someone who is cheerful, positive, and empathetic with the ability to make independent decisions. Flexibility, responsibility, and the ability to work independently are important qualities. Personal maturity, attentiveness, and respect for others' lifestyles are of great importance. We appreciate a positive attitude, social competence, and the ability to find solutions in various situations.

Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.

The work is performed either at my home or wherever I am and includes day, evening, or night shifts according to a schedule.

As an assistant, you will help me with various daily tasks such as walks, cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene. No specific care education is required, but it is an advantage. The most important thing is that we enjoy working together. Please note that there are pets in the home, so you should not be allergic to animals.

Requirements for the position are that you are vaccinated against COVID and have a B driver's license.

Our offices are located in Hudiksvall, Karlstad, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Östersund, and Umeå. The goal of our operations is for our customers to live as independently as possible. We have collective agreements: Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants.

Vacation pay, OB compensation, and other salary supplements are provided according to agreements. We also offer wellness benefits of 2,000 SEK for full-time positions per year, coffee breaks at work, and other benefits.
