Hammarstrand is beautifully located by the Indalsälven river and offers hiking trails, ski tracks, a ski slope, shops, cafes, running trails, a preschool, and primary and secondary schools. Hammarstrand is about 100 km from Östersund and 110 km from Sundsvall. It is possible to commute by bus to Östersund. The surrounding area has many beautiful villages with good opportunities to both rent and buy houses at reasonable prices. Here, it is both easy and pleasant to live! There is also the possibility of moose and small game hunting in Ragunda if you are interested.

The health center in Hammarstrand has permanent staff, including doctors, midwives, district nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, rehabilitation coordinators, and physiotherapists. There are about 3650 patients registered here. Hammarstrand also has an ambulance station with a vehicle staffed 24/7. Stugun's health center also has permanent staffing with both doctors, nurses, and nursing assistants. Other categories are staffed from Hammarstrand a few days a week. There are about 1100 patients registered here. Additionally, there is a well-functioning district nurse clinic in Bispgården.

The staff at Hammarstrand's health center is actively involved in the transformation to close care, and for at least three more years, there are good financial opportunities to try new working methods and continue to adapt to future requirements and challenges. We have a good collaboration with the municipality, which makes the work easy and enjoyable.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with us means that you will collaborate closely with nurses and doctors. You will become part of the psychosocial reception (PSM), which consists of psychologists, social workers, and rehabilitation coordinators.

Your main focus will be to conduct support and/or crisis conversations with adults. Therapeutic conversations and group sessions may be relevant depending on your background. You will also be able to choose your approach, whether you want to base it on systemic theoretical models and starting points, CBT, or psychodynamic theories.

QUALIFICATIONS

You should have a degree in social work; it is an advantage if you have completed step one training or are a qualified psychotherapist. It is also advantageous if you are trained in MI.
