The assignment includes management, operation, and further development of an established IAM platform that has recently been put into production. The solution is based on One Identity and integrated with Microsoft Entra ID and ServiceNow, with planned further development in IDP and PAM.

You will work independently in close collaboration with internal teams and contribute both operationally and development-wise in a long-term and business-critical IAM work.

You will be responsible for the operation of the IAM platform and participate in the further development of new features, both within management and in projects. The role includes onboarding of applications, handling of cases and incidents according to SLA/OLA, documentation of solutions and known errors, as well as work with training and knowledge transfer. You will also participate in development activities related to the IAM area and contribute to stability, security, and long-term management.

You are a senior IT specialist with solid experience in IAM solutions and feel confident working independently with both development and operations. You have worked for several years in complex IT environments and are used to taking responsibility for sub-areas, making technical decisions, and contributing to structured documentation.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have at least five years of relevant IT experience and documented experience of working with IAM development over the past eight years. You have several years of practical experience with One Identity, Windows Server and Active Directory, as well as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). You have worked with development in, for example, C#, VB.NET or SQL, and have good experience with PowerShell. Experience in requirements management and a very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English is a requirement.

Experience with MyAccess, PAM solutions, and work with architectural documentation such as HLD, LLD, or ADD is considered meritorious.
