Several of our operations are also looking for substitutes who can work as hourly paid both before and after the holiday period.

Qualifications:
The work requires good communication skills and that you are confident in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. According to a political decision within the administration for care and labor market, you need to be able to present grades in Swedish at least at the high school level to proceed in the recruitment process. Those who cannot present this will be asked to take a language test to proceed in the recruitment process.

We prefer that you are at least 18 years old.

It is advantageous if you have completed or are pursuing education in care and nursing or pedagogy, as well as if you have experience from our operations, but we also welcome applications from those with other education and/or experience.
In certain areas, it is required that you have a B driver's license for manual transmission, can cycle, and/or that you are at least 18 years old.

You will be an important resource for other people, and therefore it is required that you are responsible, have an interest in, and enjoy working with providing care and support to those we are here for.
The work requires that you can collaborate with others and behave with great respect towards those you meet in all different situations.
You are a person who can maintain your calm and respond with a low-arousal approach when the situation requires it.

Continuity is important for our care recipients, and we will prioritize those who can work most of the summer in our selection.

Brief about our operations seeking summer substitutes:

Home Care
Home care means that you, alone or together with a colleague, go to the residents' own homes and help with personal care, meal situations, personal hygiene, and social activities.
Most of our residents are elderly citizens.
Within home care, we also have Night Patrol and Safety Alarm.
The Night Patrol goes to residents in need of assistance at night, while the Safety Alarm is responsible for unplanned interventions during the day and evening.

Compass Short-Term Unit
The Compass is a short-term unit, open around the clock, for people who, due to illness or injury, have significant difficulties managing their daily lives.
You will assist with both personal and medical care as well as other service tasks. Based on prescription and delegation, you may perform certain qualified health care tasks.

Nursing Home
Our Special Housing provides accommodation with service and care around the clock, where each resident has their own apartment. You assist with personal care, help during meal situations, personal hygiene, and social activities.
Within our residences, there is also night staff available to assist when needed at night.
We also have Special Housing and Group Homes for individuals with psychiatric diagnoses.

LSS Support and Service
With us, you have the opportunity to work with supporting adults and children who have physical, mental, and/or intellectual disabilities.
This is done by motivating, supporting, and helping individuals with the tasks that occur in the various moments of everyday life.
In our operations, we work both in group homes/service homes, in children's activities, and in housing teams.

Other:
All positions may involve handling medication.
All positions entail scheduled working hours during the day and evening; some positions are night shifts.
Most positions require working every other weekend.
Introduction will take place according to agreement before your substitute position begins.

According to a political decision, those who are employed within the Administration for Care and Labor Market must present an extract from the criminal record.

According to law, those who are employed in our children's activities (within LSS) must present an extract from the criminal record.
