About the Position

Our Meeting & Event department is in an expansive phase, and we are now looking for an engaged colleague who wants to help take our meetings and events to the next level.

As a Meeting & Event Coordinator, your mission is to create memorable experiences for our customers and guests. In your daily work, you will meet the customer early in the process via phone, email, or personal conversations to understand their needs and suggest the perfect setup. You are responsible for the entire process, from booking and quotes to follow-up, as well as preparations for meetings and events. You will also work with quality assurance in our meeting environments to ensure that every detail is in place.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and hospitality and who always wants to give that little extra that makes a difference for the guest. Together with customers, guests, and colleagues, you create meetings and experiences that impress, strengthen relationships, and leave a lasting impression.

About You

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, driven, and sees sales as a tool to provide guests with the best experience. You contribute positive energy, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to be where the action is. As a person, you are solution-oriented and proactive, with the ability to anticipate guests' needs and deliver service at the highest level. Innovative thinking and a desire to further develop meetings and events are highly valued.

We prefer that you have a few years of experience in hotel, event, and sales work. Experience with AV technology is an advantage, and you are fluent in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.
