The smell of freshly baked pizza is the first thing that reaches you, Tu vuo’fa l’americano crackles in the speakers and Aperol is on the table. Who do we think you are?

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating regular guests, which is our absolute most important goal. Therefore, you love working with people and going the extra mile to create memorable experiences.

We are looking for both experienced and inexperienced candidates. The most important thing for us is that you recognize yourself in the following:

• We prefer that you are or will be 18 years old during 2026

We work when others are off, so you need to be able to do that as well, which means weekdays and weekends, day and evening.

What jobs can you apply for?

All people are unique, but during June-August, most have one thing in common, the VACATION BRAIN is on - as it should be. When guests choose to come to us, it also means they rely on us to think FOR them. Everything from ensuring they get food in their stomachs, to reserving a table in the restaurant or a lovely spot at the Rooftop bar Cielo. In between, there are many crucial roles to make the guest's stay as "smooth sailing" as possible, and this summer we are looking for you who want to work with one of the positions listed below. Or perhaps several of the jobs, as we work as one house-one team.

Receptionist -You are the first one who has the opportunity to wow the guest and thus set the standard for the rest of the stay. Besides checking our guests in and out, you ensure they have a seamless stay by being generous with information that could enhance their experience further.

Housekeeping - The star team that creates the feeling that no one else has ever stayed in the hotel room or slept in the comfortable bed. Perhaps you add a little extra decoration for guests who are with us to celebrate, and you also ensure that our public areas are clean and tidy.

Service & runner - You are the one who spends the most time with our guests and really have the opportunity to make an impression. For about 2.5 hours, you take care of your party and ensure they have a fantastic food and drink experience with us. As a runner, you are crucial for the operation to function in the restaurant, you clear dishes, set tables, keep order, and support your colleagues where needed.

Dishwasher - Just like our runners, you are crucial for the logistics to work in the dining room. You cannot serve food without clean plates or coffee without clean coffee cups!

Bartender - The circus juggler and the creative drink mixer. With us, glasses are never empty, and you know exactly what the guest is looking for when they request a "fresh summer drink".

Cooks/Pizza bakers - You have a passion for flavor experiences that make guests ask for the recipe.

Breakfast Host - The most important meal of the day! You take care of our guests while they enjoy our lovely breakfast buffet, you set the table, clear dishes, and serve coffee at the table. Some guests stay several days, and you learn which table they prefer to sit at while some are just passing through and heading to their next destination; you end their stay on a high note.

Breakfast Cook/Cold Kitchen Assistant - Breakfast cook means opening the hot station, ensuring there is food during service, and prepping for the next day. The cold kitchen assistant will ensure that the open large buffet is of high quality and replenished and prep for the next day. Important qualities in these roles are being passionate about food and experience, knowledge of food hygiene, having an eye for food presentation, and working at a fast pace.

Employment type: Summer job/fixed-term employment (with a chance for more work both before and after the summer)

Period: June-August or by agreement

Salary: According to the Hotel & Restaurant Workers' Union agreement
