Rasta Lilla Edet is a facility that is part of the well-known Rasta chain with 30 meeting places across Sweden where we operate restaurant, shop & hotel services. Here at Rasta Lilla Edet, we have a restaurant focused on traditional Swedish cuisine, a hotel, and a well-stocked traffic shop operating under the OKQ8 brand.

As a restaurant assistant at Rasta, you are an important part of the team and ensure that our guests have a pleasant experience. You work in a varied and service-oriented environment where you meet guests, handle food and beverages, and contribute to a clean and pleasant restaurant. The pace can be high, but with the right attitude and good cooperation, we create a welcoming atmosphere where both guests and colleagues thrive.

• The role of Restaurant Assistant primarily involves preparing sandwiches and salads, serving the dish of the day, light cooking of our à la carte, and cashier duties.
• There are also many secondary tasks associated with a restaurant, such as cleaning and dishwashing, etc.

• Must be at least 20 years old – To be responsible for serving, you must be at least 20 years old.
• Service-oriented attitude – Ability to greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Stress resilience & flexibility – The restaurant environment can be hectic, especially during peak hours.
• Basic cashier experience – Experience with cash systems and payment handling is an advantage.
• Previous restaurant experience – Experience in restaurants and fast food is a significant advantage.
• A driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement.

Employment type: Extra as needed with the possibility of more hours or part-time employment in the future. Working hours: Varying hours, including weekends and evenings.
