About the position

As a chef with us, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing Taiwanese dishes and hotpot according to the restaurant's concept
• Preparation of ingredients and daily mise en place
• Ensuring high quality, taste, and presentation
• Working according to applicable hygiene and food safety routines
• Collaborating with the kitchen team for an efficient and well-functioning kitchen

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience in cooking Taiwanese cuisine and/or hotpot
• Is meticulous, responsible, and has a strong sense of quality
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Can work both independently and in a team
• Meritorious: Can communicate in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
