About the Job

Göstas is a well-established company in the heart of Smögen, where we operate Göstas Fiskekrog, restaurant CJA, and the Latin American-inspired restaurant Ondas.

All Göstas establishments are located right at the beginning of Smögenbryggan, a true summer paradise!

With roots in the sea and a passion for food and service, we create experiences for all our guests.

We are now looking for enthusiastic and driven waitresses/waiters to strengthen our team for the summer season of 2026.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, make them feel at home, and ensure they have a great dining experience.
• Create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere – where a smile is the best ingredient!
• Serve food and drinks.
• Handle cash transactions.
• Working hours vary and will include days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications and Skills

• We want you to be comfortable serving and preferably have previous experience in restaurants, à la carte, and service.
• Enjoy working in a lively environment. Summer means a busy time in our restaurants.
• Positive, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in people.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
