About the position & who we are looking for

We are now looking for an additional veterinarian to join the team at Vallentuna Animal Clinic. With us, you will have a varied and developing job alongside a competent and dedicated team. We prefer that you have worked as a veterinarian for a few years and that you are therefore self-sufficient in the clinic and in basic dental surgery. Knowledge in dentistry is particularly meritorious for us.

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, proactive, and confident in dealing with pet owners. You appreciate collaborating with colleagues but also enjoy taking responsibility. Like the rest of the team, you contribute to a positive, professional, and pleasant work environment.

About the clinic

The clinic has been under our management since March 2015, and we moved to new, larger premises in December 2023.

All companion animals are welcome to us; we assist all kinds of small animals – dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, etc., and our idea is to provide qualified veterinary care and personal service at a modern and well-equipped small animal clinic.

We are a team of 15 colleagues, of whom 6 are licensed veterinarians.

At the clinic, we perform medical investigations of acute and chronic conditions, soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgeries, preventive treatments, and advanced dental care. We also have an emergency reception. We are equipped with X-ray, ultrasound, and our own laboratory.

We maintain a good inclusive and professional camaraderie among colleagues. We have a personal relationship with many of our pet owners who are regular customers.

There is an opportunity to bring your own dog. We are located next to the working dog club and have beautiful walking paths.
