We are looking for an experienced production engineer in machining for a client with a modern production environment and a high degree of automation. You will work with complex prototype and series parts in new materials, where you will take responsibility for the entire chain from preparation and NC programming to simulation and commissioning in advanced multi-axis machines. The role involves both independent work and close collaboration with production engineers and operators, with a strong focus on ensuring stable and efficient production.

• Preparation of complex parts/products for prototypes and series, including tool selection and development of instructions.
• NC programming in EdgeCam and simulation/testing of NC programs in Vericut.
• Commissioning of parts in 5-axis Heller machining machines (or equivalent) with Siemens control systems.
• Preparation and implementation of finishing with tight tolerances in 4-axis precision machines (Yasda), including moments where diameter tolerances are partially ground in.
• Support to operators in relevant machine groups to minimize downtime in regular production.
• Collaboration with regular production engineers initially, with the expectation of high self-sufficiency over time.

• Several years of experience as a production engineer in machining.
• Experience in preparation for rough machining in advanced 5-axis multi-operation milling machines and finishing in 4-axis precision machines.
• Experience with EdgeCam for NC programming.
• Experience in simulating/testing NC programs in Vericut, or the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with the tool on-site.
• Good experience in commissioning 5-axis machining machines (Heller or equivalent) with Siemens control systems.
• Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form.

• Experience with Fanuc control systems for 4-axis machines.
• Documented experience with Vericut in production engineering work.
