The company is now looking for a technical designer who wants to be involved from the first customer contact to the finished solution – someone who thinks solution, designs, sizes, and drives the projects.

From Drawing to Reality

You will have a varied everyday life where you are a link between customer, sales, production, and purchasing. This means you will be active in many parts of the business. You will receive input from field sales regarding current customer needs, make visits together with field sales, design technical solutions for both field and inside sales, be present in production, drive product development projects, and collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders. It is a practical engineering job where you need equal parts of technical interest and understanding, problem-solving ability, and curiosity.

You will work with new products, modifications of existing constructions, and updates of older solutions. The company's product development and assembly projects have developed strongly in recent years, both in terms of the range and internal processes. Your role will therefore be central to raising the technical level, supporting the sales organization, and contributing to making the constructions smarter and more cost-effective for us and our customers.

You will take responsibility for the design work and ensure that ideas become reality:

• Working with product development and project management for these projects
• Designing and drawing in CAD to produce customer and production documentation
• Performing technical calculations and sizing
• Modifying and improving existing constructions and technical solutions
• Following customer requirements, standards, and safety regulations
• Coordinating work internally as well as with customers and partners

We see that you are a mechanical engineer or have a similar technical background and at least a few years of experience in design work. It is important that you have drive, curiosity, and the ability to combine technology with practical reality.
