Falck Health and Occupational Services in Kiruna is growing with continued trust from our customers, and we are now looking for a driven and self-sufficient nurse who wants to work on creating sustainable and healthy workplaces in Malmfälten.

As our new colleague, you will be part of an experienced and supportive team of company doctors, company nurses, behavioral scientists, physiotherapists, and rehab coordinators, among others. Together, we work closely with our customers – ranging from heavy industry to the public sector – to achieve measurable results for both employees and organizations. You will deliver services physically on-site at our customers in Kiruna and Gällivare and surrounding areas.

Your main tasks:

Your role is broad and varied. You will, among other things:

• Conduct statutory and preventive health examinations, analyze results, and provide professional feedback to both employees and managers.
• Act as medical support and provide advice in rehabilitation and addiction matters.
• Conduct customer-specific training in areas such as CPR, first aid, and risk use.
• Perform vaccinations and sample collections.

To succeed and thrive in the role, we see that you have:

• A nursing license, preferably further trained as an occupational nurse or district nurse.
• Several years of clinical experience.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license.

It is a significant plus if you also have:

• Experience working in occupational health care.
• Training/experience in CPR/First Aid/Spirometry.
• Knowledge of Meänkieli, Finnish, or Sami.

Other:

Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. Working hours and start date according to agreement. Working hours are weekdays 8-17, excluding holidays.

Location in Kiruna. Work may also occur at the unit in Gällivare and includes travel to customers in the local area, which means you must have a driver's license and preferably access to your own car.
