Brushanen is a nursing home with 31 places focusing on somatic care.

The facility is centrally located and operated by Attendo on behalf of Linköping Municipality. In addition to the operations manager and assistant operations manager, the team includes nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nursing assistants, and care assistants.

We are looking for someone who is driven to work with people and make a real difference for our customers every day. You have the ability to empower and support customers in all aspects of daily life.

As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with customers and their relatives. You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.

Job Description

Your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Personal care according to the facility's routines based on the individual needs and wishes of the customer

  • Assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc., as needed

  • Documenting and working based on decided interventions

  • Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

We are looking for you with nursing assistant training and experience in care work.

Qualifications

  • Nursing assistant training of at least 1350 points.

  • Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)

  • Good computer skills/computer familiarity

You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about caring for the elderly and can see the individual's needs. Having a leading role is stimulating, and you enjoy mentoring your colleagues in health and medical care issues.
