We are now looking for a driven engineer who wants to take on the role of technical project manager. In this position, you will lead and coordinate technical projects to strengthen the company's ability to adapt and deliver world-leading pulse modulator solutions to customers worldwide.

About the company The company develops and produces tomorrow's groundbreaking pulsed power systems. The unique products and applications stem from years of research. With patented technology, the company is changing the game for an entire industry. The company's technology is becoming the new market standard among the world's largest suppliers of radiation therapy equipment, industrial X-ray, and other industrial applications.

About the role You will lead technical projects where you will have a central role. You will closely collaborate with sales, production, supply chain, testing, and development.

Your work includes developing project plans, reporting follow-ups, identifying risks, and managing project changes. You will communicate with all involved parties, both internal and external. An important part of the job will be to nurture long-term relationships with the company's customers, which is done through ongoing dialogue throughout the supply chain.

You will receive a good introduction and be assigned a mentor to ensure the best possible conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics, engineering physics, mechanical engineering, industrial economics, or another relevant background

• 3-5 years of experience in technical project management or another relevant background

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Additional Information Start: As agreed Working hours: Full-time Location: Uppsala/Hybrid with the possibility to work from home 2 days a week. Employment form: This assignment is a consultancy role lasting 6 months, with opportunities for extension or recruitment.
