Your Job This Summer

As a summer substitute in Bräcke home care, you help create security, independence, and quality of life in everyday situations. You meet clients with various needs related to physical, mental, or social circumstances and contribute with both practical help and social support. You work as needed, from occasional shifts during the spring to longer, scheduled periods during the summer, and quickly become part of our team. Your job may involve:

• assisting with personal care,
• supporting with practical tasks at home,
• accompanying on errands and walks,
• documenting and performing medication delegation - after training and supervision by a nurse,
• being a companion and social support in everyday life.

Who We Are Looking For

You are over 18 years old and want to work extra alongside your studies or another job. Perhaps you are studying to become a support assistant, nursing assistant, nurse – or already have experience. For those working here, it is important to meet people with sensitivity, respect, and maturity, take initiative, and enjoy independent work with varied days.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience in care and support work - from jobs or internships
• You can cycle
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have basic computer skills
• Care and support education and experience in home care is an advantage, but not a requirement.
