About Us

Närhälsan Dals Ed Rehab Clinic is one of five rehab clinics in Dalsland, along with Färgelanda, Mellerud, Åmål, and Bengtsfors.

Together with the clinics in Trollhättan, Vänersborg, and Lilla Edet, they form one of eight areas within Närhälsan Rehab. All clinics work within the Care Choice Rehab in Västra Götaland. In Dalsland, there is a good network of physiotherapists and a close collaboration with community rehab in Dals-Ed, including through a joint project.

About the Job

Your tasks will include assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions you will encounter as a physiotherapist include: issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, and mental health issues. The job also includes prescribing aids. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan will be developed.

The work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Treatment of patients occurs both individually and in groups.

The job involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues are jointly responsible with the manager for the development of the operations in a constantly ongoing improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Additionally, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the job, which you perform with commitment. You can plan your work effectively and in an organized manner based on the goals of the operations. Since the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we see that you are flexible and independent.

A professional approach and a good attitude towards customers, patients, and colleagues are a given for you. We also see that you live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call candidates for a phone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
