ABOUT ARAMIA OMSORG

Aramia Omsorg is a small family-run company consisting of two LSS units, Sjogerstad LSS with 11 places and Skultorp LSS with 16 places. These are accommodations according to housing with special services. In our operations, we have patients with mental and physical disabilities. Many patients are also cared for within forensic psychiatry, and we have regular treatment conferences with forensic psychiatry. We work in teams that play a central role in the support given to patients in their daily lives with various interventions, maintaining contacts with their network, activities of various kinds, and ensuring good health and medical care. We work with contact person responsibility, person-centered care, and low-arousal approaches as methods. Aramia Omsorg currently has a permit regarding LSS 9§9, service housing, and group housing, housing with special services for target groups 1 and 3.

THE ASSIGNMENT

We are looking for a licensed nurse, preferably with further education in psychiatry and/or experience in psychiatry for a permanent position. We offer a working degree of 75–100% daytime work. The nurse is part of the on-call group.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse at Aramia Omsorg, you are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and following up on health and medical care interventions, medication management, specific nursing, and documentation, as well as training staff in HSL. As the patient-responsible nurse, you are the spider in the web regarding the patient's health and medical care contacts and participate in various visits and meetings with health and medical care. You collaborate and substitute for the nurse at the Skultorp LSS unit during vacations and absences.

PROFILE

As a nurse, you have several years of work experience in the profession, preferably in psychiatry. You are interested in working with people with mental disabilities. You are self-driven and confident in both person and profession. You are solution-focused and proactive in your work. You are accustomed to handling complex situations. As a nurse, you have a patient focus, good ability to collaborate, and are the connecting link between the patient, relatives, and others in the team for the best possible care.

REQUIREMENTS

Licensed nurse (preferably with specialist training in psychiatry or open health and medical care)

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Before employment, an extract from the criminal record and an extract from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding nurse licensure is required.

B driver's license
