JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities consist of standard tasks within occupational therapy and assistive device assessment, aiming to extend the period of an active and independent life through training of the care recipient. You will work closely with physiotherapists, nurses, and care staff, and the assignment includes guidance for the care recipient, care staff, and relatives in a rehabilitative approach.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be a licensed occupational therapist and able to meet and coordinate the patient's overall rehabilitation needs.

Since the position involves daily contact with many people, high social competence is required, as well as a service-oriented attitude and a good demeanor. It is important that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have computer skills.

You enjoy working flexibly and independently and can take your own initiative while seeing teamwork as an important part of the job. The ability to independently organize and prioritize your work is fundamental to making the right interventions at the right time. It is important that you have a genuine interest in working with care recipients in need of rehabilitation within municipal health and medical care.

We place great emphasis on good collaboration skills, a positive attitude, and personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is required as we often travel by car.

Before an employment offer, an acceptable extract from the police's criminal record and valid certification as an occupational therapist must be presented.
