The psychiatric outpatient clinic in Skövde is part of area of operations 6, adult psychiatry at Skaraborg Hospital.

The clinic provides specialist psychiatric care and consists of a psychosis team, neuropsychiatric team, day care, and mobile team. We are about 60 people working in the unit with ten different professions, together providing a rich variety of competencies. We are located at Skaraborg Hospital Skövde. We work process-oriented in three diagnostic groups. Collaboration occurs with the municipality, primary care, and other healthcare neighbors. Our catchment area includes Skövde, Karlsborg, Tibro, and Hjo municipalities.

The clinic moved into new and modern premises in 2022, which are specially adapted and designed for psychiatry.

Job Responsibilities

We now need a nurse for the mobile team. Working in the mobile team within psychiatric outpatient care is a varied and exciting job. The core of our operation is the meeting with the patient. As a psychiatric nurse/nurse in the mobile team, you will work with acute assessments, some planned follow-ups, and telephone advice in acute matters.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained psychiatric nurse or nurse with experience in psychiatry, preferably in psychiatric emergency services.

To fit into the role, you are self-driven, structured, and see collaboration as a given. You find development and innovative thinking exciting and positive.

Other
