With us, you will be part of an engaged and dynamic team that values collaboration, responsibility, and development. In this role, you will play a central function in driving and developing stable and robust IT operations for the Swedish business in line with developments at the group level.

• Responsibility for the M365 environment

• Server operations, networks, cloud solutions, and IT security

• ERP administration

• Management of workstations, phones, and local IT support

• Supplier coordination

• Compliance with NIS2, GDPR, Data Act. Collaboration with the group's IT to ensure compliance with common guidelines and standards

• Previous experience in IT operations, MS365, and IT infrastructure

• Good understanding of IT security and knowledge of relevant regulations

• Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English (both spoken and written)

• Experience coordinating projects and working in an international environment

We consider it a merit if you have ERP knowledge, Microsoft certifications, experience in cybersecurity and/or project management.

Start: By agreement

Working hours: Office hours weekdays 07:00–16:00

Location: Kalmar/Stockholm

Employment type: Full-time permanent with an initial probationary period of 6 months
