We are now looking for an experienced fullstack developer for a long-term consulting assignment within the public sector. The assignment is part of an ongoing development and management effort where digital services with high demands on quality, security, and accessibility are developed and further developed.

The assignment is carried out in cross-functional, agile teams and includes both new development and further development and management of mission-critical systems.

In the role of a developer, you will work with the entire development chain – from requirement analysis to final delivery. The assignment may also change over time and involve work in other projects or management assignments.

Examples of tasks:

• Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions
• Develop, further develop, and manage services and functionality
• Document solutions and architecture
• Work according to test-driven development (TDD) and with test automation
• Contribute in agile teams with a focus on quality, security, and delivery capability

The offered consultant must meet all of the following requirements:

• Meets at least competence level 2 (equivalent to 1–3 years of experience in the relevant role)
• At least 3 years of experience working as a fullstack developer, including graphical user interfaces and using the following technologies:
  • Java
  • Vue.js
• At least 1 year of experience working with REST-based services, acquired in the last three years
• At least 3 years of experience working with test-driven development and test automation, of which at least two years must be from the last five years
• At least 1 year of experience working in agile teams
• Relevant university or college education or equivalent competence acquired through work experience
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Reference must be attached (name, phone number, and email address)
• The consultant must be available for an interview from January 30 to February 3, 2026

It is advantageous if the consultant has:

• Good knowledge of core web development technologies to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces
• Experience with Quarkus, Spring Boot or other modern Java frameworks for microservices
• Experience with container-based technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
• Experience contributing to or publishing open source
• Experience with FHIR or other interoperability standards
• Experience with requirement analysis and breaking down requirements into solutions, prototypes, and feasible implementations in dialogue with clients
