As a project manager with us, you will drive implementation and development projects with a particular focus on Infor M3. You will lead projects from start to finish – from needs analysis and planning to execution, follow-up, and delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that the project adheres to the timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Alongside you are our fantastic consultants – specialists in M3 – who, together with you, solve the customer's challenges with high competence and great commitment. You will have a team that supports, challenges, and contributes to creating real value for our customers. You will work with clients in various industries – often with complex operations where ERP is business-critical. The projects vary in size and scope, giving you the opportunity to both broaden and deepen your expertise.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience independently managing projects as a project manager
• Experience with ERP projects - preferably within Infor M3, but this is not a requirement
• Strong ability to lead teams, manage customer relationships, and structure complex projects

Please note - for this position, fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement. You must be based in Sweden for this position.
