We are currently looking for someone who wants to be a part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for our female client in Örebro.

What does this position entail?

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for a younger woman in Örebro. Here you will be by her side all day, providing support and acting when needs arise. The woman has epilepsy and needs help taking her medication during seizures, as well as having you as an assistant supporting her throughout her waking hours. 

You will be involved in all aspects of her daily life, such as walks, training, hairdresser visits, medical appointments, and everyday tasks like shopping and laundry. 

The client lives with a partner and a small child in an apartment.

We expect you to be social, attentive, and able to act when the situation requires it. Experience in care or knowledge of epilepsy is a plus.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.  

We would like you to: 

• have a genuine interest in helping others.

• be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.

• be able to work flexible hours - days, evenings, and weekends. 

• have experience in care and support (this is a plus, but not a requirement).

• have experience with epilepsy 

Additional Information

Employment type: fixed-term employment

Scope: approximately 75%

Working hours: 08:00-15:30 and 15:30-22:00 

Start date: Immediately, as agreed. 

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a potential employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
