About the position

We at Human Talent are now looking for dedicated property caretakers for the spring and summer season. Our client is an established player in property management who needs reinforcement during the upcoming spring and summer months. Are you a person who enjoys varied outdoor work? Then this could be the perfect position for you!

Your tasks

As a property caretaker, you will have a varied and rewarding workday with tasks such as:

• Lawn mowing, weeding, and general maintenance of green areas
• Maintenance of the outdoor environment of properties
• Simple repairs and maintenance work
• Service and contact with residents and visitors

The work involves both independent tasks and teamwork. Your initiative and ability to work in a structured manner will be an important asset.

Requirements and merits

• A valid driver's license (B) is required
• Previous experience in property maintenance or similar work is an advantage, but not a requirement.
