We now need a new assistant for our fantastic team around our client. We are looking for someone who wants to work 80-100%. Our client is a young woman, 24 years old, living in her own apartment. She has an autism diagnosis, intellectual disability, and epilepsy. She is cheerful, positive, and loves life. She enjoys engaging in activities both indoors and outdoors. She communicates using speech, pictures, schedules, signs, and body language.

We are looking for someone who likes to be active and shares a lot of themselves. You need to be flexible and have good teamwork skills, as you will always work together with another assistant/colleague. It is beneficial if you are playful and a bit theatrical, as this helps create a good relationship with our client. You will work varied hours, including both day shifts and night shifts. It is important that you are available to step in extra when needed and can swap shifts when required based on staffing needs.

In addition to the above, it is especially important that you have good self-awareness, are secure in yourself, are attentive, take responsibility, and collaborate well with everyone you meet. You are flexible, open, and see opportunities instead of obstacles. You utilize both your analytical skills and take well-considered initiatives, striving to improve the quality of life for our client.
