Our Offer

Primärvårdscentrum Östergötland consists of 33 region-operated health centers, an emergency center, Vårdcentrum Finspång, the child health care unit, 1177, and a general medicine training center.

We conduct a broad primary care operation where we provide care to everyone throughout their lives; newborns, children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, and patients at the end of life. We are a forward-looking organization with a strong focus on a good working environment, development, and health. Cityhälsan Centrum is one of Norrköping's most centrally located health centers with approximately 14,100 registered patients and nearly 60 employees. Our health center has undergone significant positive development in several areas in recent years. We have a positive spirit and a high degree of flexibility among the professional groups. We have established structures for good collaboration between the professions, which works well and creates a wonderful atmosphere at the health center. We also ensure high quality in what we do and maintain the belief that everyone is equally important.

The health center focuses on working behaviorally by integrating psychological and somatic competence through the IBH (integrated behavioral health) concept. In this work, we have come a long way and also conduct research in the field. Other focus areas include education and research, and since 2020 we have been one of the region's academic health centers. We also have a well-functioning elderly care clinic that started in 2017. We have been early adopters of new technological solutions and continue to be curious in this area. We are an HBTQI-certified health center.

Job Description

With us, you have a role with variation and the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in different areas. The work involves assisting in the doctor's office with EKG, blood pressure measurements, and similar tasks, and you will work independently in the nursing assistant clinic. As a nursing assistant, you can deepen your knowledge in various areas, such as sleep apnea clinics and wound care clinics, and measure toe pressure and ankle pressure, among other things.

As a nursing assistant, you may also be responsible for administrative patient contacts and have responsibilities in various aspects of the work environment. We have a separate laboratory that handles sampling, which is not part of the nursing assistant's duties. Work is planned and distributed within the group, which works independently with a high degree of flexibility and collaboration.

About You

You are a nursing assistant with experience in primary care. Experience with the Cosmic journal system and work in a doctor's office is an advantage.

You are a mature and stable person who is self-sufficient, relationship-building, and service-oriented towards patients and colleagues. You are driven and have an easy time collaborating and are flexible based on the needs of the organization. You also have a specific interest in primary care. Special emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
