Responsibilities and Duties

As a service technician, you will be part of our service team in Protoma Norr, where tasks may vary from service assignments at customer sites to various tasks in our workshops. In addition to being responsible for customer assignments, you will for example:

• Support and contribute knowledge to the internal sales organization.
• Communicate with customers, assist with inquiries and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other service areas within the company.

Qualifications

• Technical education or equivalent work experience in service and repairs of mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, conveyor screws, compensators, hydraulic cylinders, etc.
• Experience with external customer and supplier contacts.
• Good computer skills
• Technically interested and knowledgeable.
• Valid B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

To thrive in the role of service technician, you are communicative, outgoing, and flexible in your actions as your tasks and conditions may vary and change during projects.

You are responsible, enjoy working independently, and can drive your own work while maintaining a strong focus on quality.

Our customers are located throughout Sweden, which means travel is required, and sometimes our customers may need quick support and assistance, hence great flexibility is valued from you.
