At Linneas Hemtjänst, we are building a smaller, newly started operation that began on December 1st, where you as an employee play an important role in creating secure care for our customers.

We are currently looking for assistant nurses for hourly employment, with the possibility of permanent and full-time positions as the business grows.

Your mission

As an assistant nurse with us, you will work closely with our customers in their daily lives and contribute with:

• Personal care
• Assistance with daily chores
• Walks, companionship, and social support
• Documentation according to routines
• Security, consideration, and a professional approach

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained assistant nurse / caregiver
• Has good Swedish in speech and writing
• Meets people with warmth and respect
• Is independent, responsible, and secure in your profession
• Has experience in home care (preferable but not required)
• Enjoys working in a growing organization where you can have an impact

Working hours

• Hourly employment to start with
• Possibility of permanent and full-time positions as the business grows
• Day, evening, and weekend shifts - opportunity to influence

We who started Linneas Hemtjänst are trained in care and have worked many years in the industry. We have seen what works — and what is missing. That is why we chose to create a smaller, newly started operation where quality, time, and humanity take greater precedence. We wanted to build a home care service that feels genuine, where both customers and staff receive the space and consideration they deserve.

We operate from our office in Bredäng and are active along the red line in southern Stockholm Bredäng - Vårberg.
